Like and Subscribe to Jesus… Not Men: The True Revelation of the End Times

In a world consumed by breaking news, shifting political landscapes, and endless digital noise, it is easy to get caught up in tracking the “signs of the times.” When we think about the final days, our minds often jump to decoding complex prophecies, identifying the mark of the beast, or analyzing global headlines.

But what if our obsession with the external signs is causing us to miss the very thing God is looking for?

The prophecies of Revelation aren’t just a roadmap of future events; they point to a deep, internal revelation of character. While the world asks you what denomination you belong to, what church you attend, or which theological influencers you follow, heaven is asking a much more personal question: Whose character do you have?

The Seal of God vs. The Mark of the Beast: A Matter of the Mind

We often hear sensationalized theories about the mark of the beast—speculation about barcodes, microchips, or technological control. However, Scripture reveals that both the mark of the beast and the seal of God are placed on the forehead.

In the Bible, the forehead represents the mind: the seat of our conscience, judgment, identity, and motivations. The final conflict isn’t over a physical mark; it is a battle for ownership of your thoughts and heart.

  • The Mark of the Beast represents man’s fallen, selfish character. It is the ultimate evolution of “Babylon”—a human system built on control, hierarchy, and man trying to save himself through institutional structures, corporate power, and religious ceremonies without true transformation.
  • The Seal of God represents the Father’s name written in the minds of His people. When God revealed His “name” to Moses in Exodus, He didn’t give a corporate title; He revealed His nature: merciful, gracious, long-suffering, and abundant in goodness and truth.

To have the seal of God means to have a mind completely molded by the loving, self-sacrificing character of Christ.

Breaking Free from Modern Babylon’s

The book of Revelation calls God’s people out of Babylon. Babylon is more than an ancient empire; it is a system that inserts human control between God and man, replacing personal conviction with institutional dependency.

Too often, believers look to their church structures, traditions, or specific groups as their security blanket for salvation—much like the ancient Jews trusted in the physical temple rather than the Lord of the temple.

Jesus explicitly warned against this top-down hierarchy. He instructed His followers not to exercise dominion over one another like the world does, reminding them, “Be ye not called Rabbi: for one is your Master, even Christ”. True faith is not filtered through human gatekeepers; it is an immediate, daily connection to Jesus Himself.

Walking the “Unnatural” Walk of Faith

Revelation 14:4 describes the final generation with a simple yet profound phrase: “These are they which follow the Lamb whithersoever he goeth”. They don’t follow where tradition, peer pressure, or the latest YouTube controversy goes—they follow the Lamb.

To follow the Lamb means keeping the commandments of God by walking exactly as Jesus walked. But doing so is entirely contrary to our fallen human nature. The world tells us to be selfish, to be first, and to seek our own glory. Choosing self-sacrifice and humility is as unnatural as Peter stepping out of the boat to walk on water

It requires a miracle. This is why grace always comes before the law. Just as God delivered Israel from Egypt before giving them the Ten Commandments at Mount Sinai, He delivers us first so that we are empowered to live out His instructions. We cannot earn this transformation through superficial rule-following or self-improvement; it requires being completely born again through faith in His word.

The Attention Economy: Where Are You Looking?

We live in a hyper-connected world where everyone is competing for views, likes, and subscriptions. But the law of the human mind is simple: by beholding, we become changed.

If you spend your time looking at the arguments of men, the corruption of the world, or endless theological debates, you will naturally absorb a character of pride, envy, and judgment. True transformation happens only when we shift our gaze.

Stop subscribing to the endless theories of men, and start subscribing to the Gospels. Look at how Jesus treated the broken, how He received sinners, and how He carried truth with unwavering compassion.

Final Takeaway

Instead of dedicating your energy to sharing terrifying theories about end-time events, become a living revelation of the character of God. Follow the Lamb, rest in His finished works, and let His love be the seal that defines your life.
